Eric Theiss Makes Low-Calorie Comfort Foods In The Power AirFryer XL

Keep Your New Year’s Resolution!

Hey, guys! Eric Theiss here. The holidays are finally over. Did you over-indulge? I know did! Thankfully, I have the Power AirFryer XL. I don’t have to deprive myself of my favorite crispy fried foods while still eating a healthy, low-calorie and low-fat diet.

Oil –Free Frying Made Easy

I call my Power AirFryer a “kitchen miracle” because it fries food using a super hot whirlwind of air. Plus, it’s designed with 6-in-1 cooking capabilities, so I can bake, steam, sauté, and roast in it, too. All with no oil, butter, or lard necessary. That means all of the meals I make in the Power AirFryer XL have up to 80% less fat and fewer calories. I can even use it to make desserts!

Get Back on Track Without Sacrificing Taste

Losing the winter weight gain is easy when calories go down but taste stays the same. Craving crunchy, salty fries? I make my classic recipe for Boardwalk Fries in the AirFryer all the time. And guess what? My kids can’t taste the difference and neither can I.

Home-cooked Meals For Busy Families

My recipes for French fries, crispy coconut shrimp, and even southern fried chicken all cook in 20 minutes or less. For family-size servings! With the Power AirFryer XL, I can have a complete, nutritious meal for my family ready— even on busy week days. The AirFryer’s 1-touch presets take the guessing game out of cooking. My meals practically cook themselves!

No Soaking. No Scrubbing. No Kitchen Nightmare.

I don’t have to stress about clean-up, either. The Power AirFryer XL’s nonstick fry basket means food never sticks. Clean-up is practically non-existent – no soaking, scrubbing or scraping. I get a stress-free, one-pot meal in minutes that’s truly delicious.

I absolutely love this device!! It is everything that it states it is!! I am cooking for two and can easily adjust the recipe and cooking time.

One of the problems I have is that I’m allergic to eggs. Most of your breaded foods call for egg wash, or eggs inside. I would love to use this cooker but need some advice on how to get crispy items without eggs.

Eric, I purchased the Power AirFryer XL 5.3 qt and it is my Swiss Army knife of cooking. I’ve lost almost 80 pounds in the past 5 years and always looking for ways that food can be enjoyed vs tolerated. The Poiwer AirFryer XL has been spot on and the recipes you’ve provided on the YouTube channel translate perfectly at home. Thank you for putting the whole system together and helping us to be healthier while enjoying our food.

    Here’s to a healthier 2017!
